AVA Finance Limited (FSP1010279) is a registered Financial Service Provider  operating as a Financial Adviser under Gotham Tech Limited, a licensed FAP (FSP1005864). We specialise in arranging asset finance (vehicles, motorbikes, marine), personal loans, business lending, and niche finance scenarios.

Nature & Scope of Advice

We provide regulated financial advice on consumer and asset finance products from a panel of lenders. We do not provide investment, insurance, or KiwiSaver advice.

Fees & Charges

In most cases, we are paid by lenders via commissions. Sometimes fees may apply (e.g., application, origination, cancellation). Any such fees will be advised in writing before you agree to proceed.

Commissions & Conflicts of Interest

We may receive commissions, volume‑based payments, or other incentives from lenders. We manage potential conflicts by:

• Following a robust advice process to ensure recommendations meet your needs

• Considering a range of suitable options from our lender panel

• Undertaking ongoing compliance training

You can request details of the commission we will receive for your loan.
